Training Camp

Training Camp
Date : 1 July 2017
Time :8:30 am-10:30 am
Venue : Carpark 2 ( Morning session Teacher’s carpark )
On 1 July 2017 , it was Warden Traffic’s second training camp. The activity started at 8:30 am and ended at 10:30 am. The objective of this training camp was to increase the relationship between the members and to improve the members’ marching skill. All the members were required to attend this activity but some absent due to others activity and personal reason.
Most of the juniors feel anxious as they were afraid that they might be reprimanded by the seniors members. The seniors taught the juniors about the basic of marching and try to explain their mistake. Their marching skill has improved although it was just a short time. After that , the committees reminded the members the rules of warden traffic and the mistake they did. At 10:30am sharp , the training camp ended successfully.

Gotong royong and Training Camp
Date : 24 June 2017
Time :8:30 am-10:30 am
Venue : Carpark 2 ( Morning session Teacher’s carpark )
On 24th June 2017 , Warden Traffic held a gotong royong and training camp at Carpark 2. The activity started at 8.30am and ended at 10.30am. All the members are required to attend but some are absent due to others activity and personal reason.
Before the gotong royong started, the members were divided into 2 group . Form 1 and Form 2 were in a group and Form 3 and above were in another group. One group swept the floor and one group wiped the steel fence. The members cleaned the supercorridor thoroughly .
After gotong royong, the members attended the training camp .The objective of this training camp is to improve the members marching skill. The committee also gave briefing on duty rules.
At 10.30am, the gotong royong and training camp ended successfully.

Quiz and Day camp

Quiz and Day Camp
Date : 22 April 2017
Time :8:30 am-10:30 am
Venue : Class A6 and B8
On the 22th of April, Warden Traffic held a quiz and day camp for all members at A6 and B8. The quiz started at 8.30am sharp and ended at 9.20am. All members did their best to answer all the question. All members were required to attend but some members were absent due to other activities and personal reasons.
After that, the form 2 members started to prepare for the day camp. All members gathered at carpark 2 and were divided into 5 group which were made up by 4 or 5 people. There are 5 station games prepared by form 2 members. The day camp start at 9.45 sharp. At 12.00pm the quiz and day camp ended successfully.

Orientation and Promotion Test
Date : 8 April 2017
Time : 8:30 am- 10:30 am
Venue: Carpark 2 (morning session teacher’s carpark ),Class A2 and A4
On the 8th of April,Warden Traffic held an orientation for the Form 1 and Form 2 new members. The objective of the orientation for new members is to let those members get to know more about Warden Traffic and how to duty. Committee explained the rules of warden traffic to the new members. The members were divided into two group led by form 3,4 and 5 committees. Committees led them to different duty places and explain the ways to duty. All members were required to attend but some members were absent due to other activities and personal reasons.
Besides, Warden Traffic also held a promotion test for all the form 2 and form 3 members on the same day and a the same time during the orientation of the new members. The objective of this promotion test is to test the members about the rules of Warden Traffic and some extra knowledge about Warden Traffic too. The exam was held at class A2 and A4. Class A2 was the place for the members to have a oral test and the class A4 was for the members to have their paper test. The exam started at 8:30 am and ended at 10:30 am. The members who took part in the exam reached early to school to prepare their best in the exam. They did their best to answer all the question in the exam paper.
Then,the members who have done their paper test will go for oral test while the members who have done their oral test will go for paper test. The oral test was mainly explaining about the ways to duty and some difficult question.
At 10:30 am sharp, the promotion and orientation for the new members have successfully end.

Training Camp

On 18 February 2017, it was Warden Traffic’s first training camp.The activity started at 8.30 am sharp.The objective of this camp was to enhance the relationship between the members and to improve the members marching skill.All members of Warden Traffic was required to attend but some members were absent due to other activities and personal reasons.
It was a typical training camp. Senior members taught junior members the basic of matching. Most of the junior members were afraid that they might be reprimanded by the seniors members.Their marching skill improve although it was only a short period of training. At 10:30 sharp, the president reminded the members the rules of Warden Traffic. The training camp ended successfully.

Traffic AGM

Traffic AGM
Date: 14 January 2017
Time: 8.30-10.30 am
Venue: Class A3
On the 14th of January, Warden Traffic held their annual AGM at class A3. This activity started at 8.30am and ended at 10.30am. All members were required to attend but some members were absent due to other activities and personal reasons.
The activity started with the president announcing the activities and special duties of year 2017 using swipe. The members copied down the activities in their notebooks. Then, the committees explained the ways to duty at different places for the trainees who are taking their promotion tests this year. The committees also went through the rules of Warden Traffic and reminded the members to not make mistakes that are stated in the rules.
After that, the committees announced the board of committee members of year 2017. The members who are chosen were given a briefing about their tasks and responsibilities. Before the AGM ended, a card competition was announced and opened to all members.
At 10.30am sharp, the AGM ended successfully and members were dismissed.

Hiking

On the 27 of August, Warden Traffic held their annual hiking trip at Youth Park. The activity started at 7:30 until 11:30. All members were required to attend but some members were absent due to other activities and personal reasons.
The activity started with an ice breaking session organised by the form 2. After that, all the members started to hike accompanied by our adviser teacher. All members were required to hike until Gate 3. After reaching Gate 3, some members continued to hike till Gate 5. In the meantime, the other members started to rest and play some games.
After waiting for the members at Gate 5 to climb down, everyone took some photos and started to hike down the hill. At 11:30, the activity ended successfully.

Aktiviti Mengecat

On 20th of August, warden Traffic held their annual “aktiviti mengecat” which includes painting the carparks, barricades and no entry signs. The activity started at 8.30am and ended at 12pm. All members were required to attend but some members were absent due to other activites and personal reasons.
The members were divided into four groups, led by a Form 5 student as the group leader. The groups were assigned to different places such as Carpark 1(Afternoon session teachers’ carpark), Carpark 2(Morning session teachers’carpark), the road beside the basketball court and beside the super corridor. The members painted the carparks, barricades and no entry signs. The members had some time for rest and had bread and drinks prepared by the committees. After that, the members continued their work. They cooperated well and made the work efficiently done.
At 12pm, the activity ended successfully.

Quiz & Day Camp

On the 2nd July 2016, a quiz for all members was held at class A3 and A4. The quiz started at 8.00 a.m. sharp and ended at 9.45 a.m. All members did their best to answer all the questions.
After that, the form 2 members started to prepare for the day camp while the members gathered at Carpark 2 for the grouping session. Member were divided into 8 groups which were made up by 4 people. There were 4 station games. The day camp started at 10.00 am sharp.
The stations games were:
1. Lean on the chair
2. Recycle the items
3. Balance the water on your head
4.Mystery Chomp
Some members did not attend this activity due to personal reasons and other activities. At 12.00 pm the Quiz and Day Camp ended sucessfully.
