Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan

On the 08th of April, Traffic Warden organized a ‘Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan‘ at Google Meets. The activity started at 09.45a.m. and ended at 11.45a.m.
All members are required to switch on their webcam for attendance before the activity start. The activity started with the announcement of the new committee’s member in 2023. Later, the teacher advisers of Traffic Warden Puan Tan Soak Kin, Cik Quah Yee Hooi, Encik Mohd Naim bin Zainul and Encik Mohd Arif Asyraf bin Ghazali gave an introduction of themself. Moreover, teacher advisers had explained about the new rules of Traffic Warden as well as new goal for Traffic Warden in 2023. Then followed by announcement of the president of Traffic Warden, Goh Zheng about the duties and special duties in year 2023. The committees also went through the rules of Traffic Warden and announced some new rules as well as reminding the members not to make mistakes that are stated. Furthermore, our president and teacher adviser also hope that Warden Traffic will be better and reach new heights in year 2023. Before the AGM dismiss, the new committee’s members are called to have a new Google Meets meeting to have a short briefing on their tasks and responsibilities by their respective seniors.
At 11.45am sharp, the ‘Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan’ ended successfully and the members were dismissed.

Farewell

Venue: Auditorium
Attendance: 61 people
On the 10th of December, warden traffic organized a farewell party for Form 5’s warden traffic. The activity started at 900a.m. and ended at 1200p.m. All members were asked to attend but some were absent due to personal reasons.
All members gathered at auditorium for attendance. The auditorium was decorated by Form 4 AJK’s. Form 1, Form 2, Form 3 and Form 4 students were asked to prepare some interesting performance such as dancing and singing. Form 5 members enjoyed those performance. There are also some gifts and cake prepared for Form 5 members. Lastly, all members took a group photo together.
At 1330 pm sharp, the activity ended successfully.

Daycamp 2022

Venue: New Pavillion, E403, E404, E405
Attendance: 59 people
On the 08th of October, Form 3’s warden traffic organized a day camp. The activity started at 1000a.m. and ended at 0200p.m. All members were asked to attend but some were absent due to personal reasons.
All members gathered at New Pavillion for attendance. The Form 3 members then informed members about the rules of games. Members were divided into 8 groups. There were a lot of fun games such as “Step the balloon”, “Draw and Guess”, “Scary Box” and “Pass the Tennis Balls”. Awards were given to the winning teams. Form 3 organizer were happy as their hard work had paid off. Besides, all members were having fun and get to know each other better through the station games.
At 0200p.m. sharp, the activity ended.

Attendance: 40 people
On the 27th of August, traffic warden organised an aktiviti mengecat for old members to paint the carpark guideboxes and the crosswalk. At the same time, a training camp has held for new members.
At 0730am and 0930am, the members gathered at New Pavillion for attendance taking. Each members brought their own brush and tin can. The members cut cardboards as a guideline to paint the carpark. Some of the members painted the white carpark boxes while some painted the yellow stripes. The members cooperated well to paint the carparks. For those new members, they were taught by committees about traffic rules and daily duties.
At 0930am, the members helped to clean the paint and brushes and was dismissed.

Aktiviti Mengecat 2022

Venue: A8, Carpark 1, Carpark 2, Corridor, Foyer
Attendance: 44 people
On the 11th of June, traffic warden organised an aktiviti mengecat to paint the carpark guideboxes. The activity is divided into two sessions, 0800am to 1000am and 1000am to 1200pm.
At 0800am and 1000am, the members gathered at A8 for attendance taking. Each members brought their own brush and tin can. The members cut cardboards as a guideline to paint the carpark. Some of the members painted the yellow carpark boxes while some painted the white wordings. The members cooperated well to paint the carparks. The members changed sessions at 1000am and the second batch of members continued their work.
At 1200pm, the members helped to clean the paint and brushes and was dismissed.

Pembentangan Ahli Kedua

On the 24th of April, Traffic Warden organized a ‘Pembentangan Trafik Kali Kedua’ at Google Meets. The activity started at 2.00pm and ended at 4.00pm.
All members are required to switch on their web-cam for attendance before the activity start. Later, a group of members started their presentation about ‘Kemalangan Jalan Raya’. They introduced different factors of road accident happens and ways to avoid it. After the presentation, student have about 30 minutes to do the google form that prepared by the presenters. The meeting is then followed by a presentation which also about ‘Kemalangan Jalan Raya’ by another group of members. They introduced road safety rules in Malaysia. Moreover, they also explained about the categories and uses of road signs in Malaysia. Lastly, the presentation ended with a google form about the presentation.
At 4.00pm sharp, the ‘Pembentangan Trafik Kali Kedua’ ended successfully and the members were dismissed.

Pembentangan Ahli Pertama

On the 9th of April, Traffic Warden organized a ‘Pembentangan Trafik Kali Pertama’ at Google Meets. The activity started at 2.00pm and ended at 4.00pm.
All members are required to switch on their web-cam for attendance before the activity start. Later, a group of members started their presentation about ‘Pengangkutan Jalan Raya’. They introduced different kinds of transportation. After the presentation, student have about 30 minutes to do the google form that prepared by the presenters. The meeting is then followed by a presentation about ‘Lesen Memandu’ by a group of members. They explained types of driving licenses. Moreover, they also explained about the categories and methods to apply for driving licenses. Lastly, the presentation ended with a google form about the presentation.
At 4.00pm sharp, the ‘Pembentangan Trafik Kali Pertama’ ended successfully and the members were dismissed.

On the 24th of July, Traffic Warden organized a ‘Pembentangan Trafik Kali Kelapan’ at Google Meets. The activity started at 10.00am and ended at 12.00pm.
All members are required to switch on their web-cam for attendance before the activity start. Later, a group of members started their presentation about ‘Peralatan Jalan Raya‘. They mainly explained about the function, characteristics and importance of Safety Cone, Pu Flexible Post, Temporarily Sign Board and Speed Bump. After the presentation, student have about 30 minutes to do the quiz that prepared by the member who present ‘Peralatan Jalan Raya‘ . The meeting is then followed by a presentation about Malaysian Institute of Road Safety (MIROS) by a group of members. They gave an introduction of the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety (MIROS). Moreover, they also explain about the function, advantage and the characteristics of the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety (MIROS). Lastly, the presentation ended with a quiz about Malaysian Institute of Road Safety (MIROS).
At 12.00pm sharp, the ‘Pembentangan Trafik Kali Kelapan‘ ended successfully and the members were dismissed.

On the 10th of July, Traffic Warden organised a ‘Pembentangan Trafik Kali Ketujuh’ through Google Meet. The activity started at 10.00am and ended at 12.00pm.
All members are required to switch on their web-cam for attendance before the activity starts. Next, Form 4 members started their presentation about ‘Kesesakan Jalan Raya’. They introduced the causes of traffic jam. They also elaborated about each cause and the consequences of traffic jam. Additionally, they prepared a quiz with questions about the presentation. The meeting is then followed by a presentation by Form 5 members about ‘Undang-undang Jalan Raya’. They explained examples of traffic rules and laws. Moreover, they mentioned the penalties for disobeying the traffic rules and the importance of the traffic rules. The members also prepared a video for further understanding.
Before the meeting ends, members are required to open their web-cam for attendance. At 12.00pm sharp, the ‘Pembentangan Trafik Kali Ketujuh’ ended successfully and the members were dismissed.
